Course Introduction

This course is the perfect starting point for anyone uncertain about the core principles of Islam, such as the Pillars of Religion, Pillars of Islam, and Pillars of Iman, as well as the validity of their practices like wudu, Salah, and Zakah. It addresses critical aspects often overlooked, such as rulings related to fasting and menstruation. Divided into three parts, it covers faith, fiqh (jurisprudence), and spirituality, offering clarity and practical knowledge. Course Activities

Shaykh Abdurragmaan Khan

Shaykh Abdurragmaan Khan is the Rector of Dar al-Turath al-Islami (DTI), co-founder of the Mahabbah Foundation, and Mufti of the Muslim Judicial Council (MJC). A student of al-Ḥabīb ‘Umar bin Ḥafīẓ and the late Mufti Tauha Karaan, he memorized the Qur’an at 16 under Shaykh Ismail Londt and graduated from DUAI in 2006, specializing in fatwa and Islamic finance. He founded DTI in 2009 and the Mahabbah Foundation in 2011. Shaykh Abdurragmaan has served on the MJC Fatwa Committee since 2013 and holds ijazahs in Qur’anic recitation and Islamic sciences. As an experienced teacher and da’iyah, he actively teaches, appears on radio, and travels internationally for da’wah.
