Access & Content Usage
How long do I have access to the course material?
Access to course materials is available for one month after your last payment. If no further payments are made, your access will automatically expire after this period
Can I extend my access to the course materials?
Yes, to maintain access, you must continue your subscription or membership payments. Once access expires, it can only be reinstated through re-enrollment.
Can I share my account or course materials with others?
Your membership allows access for one household only. Sharing access or course materials with individuals outside of your household (e.g., friends, other families, or unrelated individuals) is strictly prohibited. Breaching this rule may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
What happens if I stop making payments?
If payments are stopped, your access to the courses and platform will be revoked one month after your last payment. Re-access will require new enrollment and payment.
Can I download or save course materials before my access expires?
No, course materials are only available online through the platform and are not downloadable to protect intellectual property.
What happens if I breach the terms of use?
Any violation of terms (e.g., sharing content, plagiarism, disruptive behavior) may result in immediate removal from the platform without a refund.
Refunds & Cancellation Policy
What is your refund policy?
If you paid the full program fee or half of the total fee in advance and wish to cancel, the following conditions apply:
- You will be liable to pay the standard monthly fee for each month you had access to the course.
- A one-month notice period is required to cancel. For example, if you cancel on the 30th of a month, you will be liable for the full fee for the next month.
- After the notice period is completed, any remaining balance from your advance payment will be refunded.
What if I cancel without completing the notice period?
Failure to provide the required one-month notice will result in no refund, and any outstanding balance may be forfeited.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, memberships can be canceled at any time with a one-month notice. However, cancellations are not retroactive, and no refunds will be issued for partially used periods or without notice.
What if I am dissatisfied with the program?
Dissatisfaction with the program does not qualify for a refund due to the digital nature of our services. We recommend reaching out to our support team to address any concerns.
